A Whole City Built From Bricks — and They Won't Want to Leave

Like Bricks at Dubai Hills Mall is exactly what it sounds like — a toy city built entirely from building blocks where children can create, build, and take apart whatever they want for as long as they want. There is a soft play maze alongside it, digital drawing experiences, and interactive games, which means even children who lose interest in the bricks after twenty minutes have somewhere to go next. Entry is time-based from around AED 100 for the first hour, which keeps it flexible for a quick stop during a shopping trip or a longer visit if the kids are in the zone.

It is not a destination in itself — more of a very good add-on to a Dubai Hills Mall trip, especially on a hot afternoon when you need somewhere supervised and contained for small children to burn energy. There are now also branches at Dubai Festival City Mall and City Centre Al Zahia if those are closer to you.

Insider tip: the staff are hands-on and the play is supervised, which means you can actually sit down with a coffee while they build. That alone makes it worth knowing about.
