Hatta Wadi Hub

A World Away from Dubai — and Only 90 Minutes Down the Road

Hatta Wadi Hub is the perfect first stop for anyone new to Hatta, and a place we keep coming back to with the kids. After the fast-paced shine of Dubai, the mountain landscape here feels like a completely different world — rocky wadis, dramatic peaks, and enough fresh air to remind you why you live in the UAE in the first place. Entry to the hub is free, and the café and food trucks are right there when you arrive, which is a very good start to any day out.

The adventure park is the big draw for families — trampolines, climbing walls, zip lines, net walkways, zorbing, tube slides, and the famous Hatta Drop-In water slide into a pool at the bottom. Activities are individually priced, starting from around AED 15 for the simpler ones and up to AED 110 for the zip line. The hub is also the starting point for hiking trails ranging from easy wadi walks to serious mountain climbs, including the trail up to the famous HATTA sign. Mountain bikes are available to rent for those who want to explore the terrain on two wheels, with trails for beginners and experienced cyclists alike. The whole place is dog-friendly too.

Open all year round — Mon–Fri 6am–10pm, Sat–Sun 6am–11pm.

Insider tip: if you want to make the most of everything here, book a stay at the Hatta Lodges — guests get a free 24-hour pass covering almost all activities, which makes the overnight stay genuinely great value. Full review on the lodges [here].
