More Than Just a Butterfly Garden

A tropical rainforest in the middle of Abu Dhabi! The Butterfly Gardens at Al Qana is home to more than 10,000 free-flying butterflies, along with sloths, bearcats, giant squirrels, hummingbirds, finches, caimans, koi fish, giant moths, stick insects, and beetles.

The air-conditioned domes make this a great indoor family activity year-round, with plenty of opportunities to learn about butterflies and see them up close.

Open daily from 10am, with tickets starting from around AED 110. For the best value, consider combining your visit with The National Aquarium Abu Dhabi, located right next door. Combo tickets are available and make for a fantastic family day out.
